TBIPS – Task-Based Informatics Professional Services SO / SA

We are qualified in Streams 1, 3, 4 and 5  in all TBIPS Categories and in all levels (1-2-3)

TBIPS is the mandatory method of supply for the provision of Informatics Professional Services above the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) threshold. This method of supply covers seven core areas of expertise that are commonly and nationally used:

Stream 1: Applications Services – Qualified
Stream 2: Geomatics Services
Stream 3: IM/IT Services – Qualified
Stream 4: Business Services – Qualified
Stream 5: Project Management Services – Qualified
Stream 6: Cyber Protection Services
Stream 7: Telecommunications Services

TSPS – Task and Solution Professional Services Supply Arrangement and Standing Offer

We are qualified in the all TSPS Categories at all levels (1-2-3) with the exception of the Real Property Project Management Services and Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services stream.

Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) is the mandatory method of supply for the provision of Non-Informatics Professional Services, both task and solutions based, above the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) threshold. This method of supply covers five core areas of expertise that are commonly and nationally used: Human Resources Services; Business Consulting/Change Management; Project Management; Real Property Project Management Services; and Technical Engineering and Maintenance Services.

THS Supply Arrangement and Standing Offer

THSs are services that are provided by the resources of temporary help firms designed to assist federal departments in the National Capital Region, in their procurement of temporary help services up to $CDN400,000 (including all subsequent amendments, travel/living expenses, overtime and Goods and Services Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax) and with an assignment period duration that does not exceed 48 consecutive weeks. On an exceptional basis only, a call-up or contract may be amended to extend the duration of an assignment period up to a maximum of 24 consecutive weeks beyond the limit of 48 consecutive weeks without PWGSC prior approval, on the condition that specified requirements are met.

We are qualified under ProServices for both the Non-IT and IT Professional Services Stream in all categories

ProServices is a mandatory method of supply for professional services valued below the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) threshold. The ProServices streams and categories are the same as those offered via Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) and Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS, task portion only), both of which are mandatory methods of supply for contracts at or above the NAFTA threshold.

SBIPS Supply Arrangement

LuminaIT is qualified under the SBIPS SA to provide ERP / CRM solution services.

ERP / CRM SBIPS SA Solution Stream

Services relating to the planning, design, implementation, integration and support of enterprise-wide systems that support corporate functions including finance, HR, customer relationship management or materiel with links to suppliers, stakeholders, and customers.
